Transparent pricing at EXO Storage
At EXO Storage, we believe in straightforward, honest pricing with no hidden surprises. Our standard rates cover everything most customers need: secure 24/7 access, CCTV across the site, and weatherproof steel containers and outdoor storage spaces at our Cramlington site.
The charges below only apply in specific situations, such as replacing a lost fob or clearing items left behind. Most of our customers never pay any of them. If you have any questions, please get in touch at info@exostorage.co.uk or on 01670 332868.

Keys and locks
Additional key
Left in your container when convenient.
£10.00 refundable deposit (no VAT)
Returned when you hand the key back at the end of your agreement.
Lost key replacement
Duplicate keys are not kept on site.
Up to £30.00 (inc. VAT)
Plus £66.00 (inc. VAT) site manager call-out if attendance is needed.
Broken key (locksmith)
£84.00 (inc. VAT) for the first hour, then £48.00 (inc. VAT) per hour
Charges may be higher outside business hours.
Removing your own lock
For example, if you have lost the key.

Access fobs

What’s included in your standard storage?
Your standard storage agreement includes a secure container or outdoor storage space at our Cramlington site, with 24/7 access through an electronic fob gate and CCTV across the site. Container customers receive one container key (or can use their own lock) and one access fob. There’s no charge for accessing the site at any time, and you can visit as often as you like.
We invoice in advance and accept payment by Direct Debit, bank transfer, or credit and debit card. A refundable key and fob deposit is charged on your first invoice and returned when you hand back your key and fob at the end of your agreement.
