Transparent Pricing at EXO Storage
At EXO Storage, we believe in straightforward, honest pricing with no hidden surprises. Our core container self-storage rates cover everything most customers need — secure 24/7 access, CCTV-monitored premises, and weatherproof steel containers at our Cramlington site.
The charges listed below only apply in specific situations, such as replacing a lost access fob or if a container requires additional cleaning after use. Most of our customers in Cramlington, Newcastle, and across Northumberland never encounter these charges during their tenancy.

Lost / Additional Keys
Replacement charge of £25.00 + VAT. Callout charge of £55.00 + VAT if site manager is required, plus £25.00 + VAT for replacement key. Note: duplicate keys are not kept on site.
Broken Keys
Locksmith minimum callout £70.00 + VAT (first hour), then £40.00 + VAT per hour. Charges may vary outside business hours.
Lost Fobs
£25.00 + VAT. If urgent, an additional £55.00 + VAT for site manager visit.
Site Manager Call Out
£55.00 + VAT.
Items Left in Container After Hire
Minimum charge of £100.00 + VAT for disposal.
Damage to Container
Invoiced accordingly based on repair work required.
What Is Included in Your Standard Hire?
Your standard container hire at EXO Storage includes a secure, weatherproof steel container at our Cramlington site with 24/7 access via electronic fob gate, round-the-clock CCTV monitoring, one container key, and one access fob. There are no additional charges for accessing the site outside business hours, and you can visit your container as often as you need without any per-visit fees.
We invoice monthly and accept payment by Direct Debit, bank transfer, or credit and debit card. A refundable key deposit is charged on your first invoice and returned when you hand back the key and fob at the end of your hire.
